Where did my 4* Signature Stones go?

Hello Kabam,

Post addition of the Sentry quest in the game, I tried to open my 4* signature stones to upgrade my SW. But to my amaze; when i actually opened them i got NOTHING....literally NOTHING...

I restarted my game thrice to be sure that by chance it might have added directly to my inventory. But i didn't find any.

Playing the game on iOS.

Request the support team to quickly have a look into it.
Have attached the screen shots for your reference.

    Hey Afeef. For an issue like this, you would want to submit a ticket to Customer Support. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
