Rocket Raccoon having a bugged longer reach on his sp1?

Anyone else noticing that RR has a farther reach on his sp1? Noticed it in yesterday's AQ, then again just now. Anyone else experiencing this? And evade seems to be a bit off when dashing back away from him, as well.
