    Juppon-Gatana is available for recruitments and actively completing Alliance Quest, with Alliance War on consensus of member, you got time to think about it,since it is soon to restart Alliance Summoner Advancement milestone. (also you can get at ut via GearSecondLuffy or cjhe on the game)
