Nebula sp1 & AQ glitches

Nebula sp1 is still broke. It still doesn’t power burn! Also please fix the missing blocks in aq. I’m getting to the 4th hit in a combo and all of sudden my 5th hit misses, the fight starts to lag and i get rocked. Clearly a bug!

    Nebula's SP1 has been confirmed as working fine. You are probably just doing it wrong. Go back and read how it works.

    Hey OP. For Nebula's SP1 to do Power Drain, you need to have _active_ Shock charges on your opponent. The more you have, the more noticeable the Drain will be. As for the reports of blocks and combo issues, those are being looked into. Thanks!
