Lost progress and money

I just got the game and started to play because of my friends, I felt enjoyment out of the game and saw two cheap deals that I decided to buy on the store. Is there anyway I can get my account progress back? Don’t want to have nothing for 1 hour. Account name was GrindMoney420 lvl 6.

    Hey @GrindMoney420. If you're having trouble with your account progress, you'll want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can help you out with this. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the Gear Icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
