Beta Icon has vanished

I was picked for the beta and signed up. Once the beta went live I clicked on the icon and the participate button was greyed out. I saw a post by one of the moderators that stated that it will be a staggared roll out so I waited and waited and waited. I tried to get in periodically and still nothing. Now the beta icon has vanished completely, i guess someone decided my input was not needed.
