5* Arena?

Is there coming a 5* arena? I can`t pull a god tier champ from the 5* crystals... basic or featured they bring me Groot and Red hulk, I have 23 5* so far... Wondering if there is any concept to do a 5* champ arena... looks like is the only way to get some decent champs for me.
