Mephisto is immune to the change in accuracy of abilities!!!
Could someone explain to me how this works ??

To passive reduction like BW and CB, but champs that inflict concussion can bypass his abilities since its active ability reduction

Not sure about Voodoo on odd combos though, might still be "passive"
