Iceman is an absolute beast who agrees I recently just took him to r3 should I take him to r4?

    Absolutelty. My 4 star, rank 5. Beat down uncollected void for around 100k each time. His sp3 didnt do squat to him

    But yes, triple immunity, ignore evade on coldsnap, viable on both AWD and AWA, R4 him, no question needed.
