Fate seal does not prevent magiks limbo, Angela's regeneration, or karnaks true strike.

    Because limbo and true strike are passive. Not sure about Angela's, it should be prevented, are you sure it's not the resilience buff (which is passive)?

    Does the resilience buff look like the green regeneration icon?

    Then no, pretty sure it's Angela's regeneration. I'll try a duel to double check. So do passive buffs not count as buffs?

    Passive buffs are just built in abilties for champs whereas normal buffs are those that are activated I guess you could say.
    Also no need to put lol on the first comment it is one of the more normal questions to ask lol.

    Angela sig ability prevents the opponent from nullifying it.
