Because limbo and true strike are passive. Not sure about Angela's, it should be prevented, are you sure it's not the resilience buff (which is passive)?

Passive buffs are just built in abilties for champs whereas normal buffs are those that are activated I guess you could say.
Also no need to put lol on the first comment it is one of the more normal questions to ask lol.
