Is it worth saving XP Boost after you hit 60?

Ive been a summoner level 60 for a long time now and was wondering if you guys are in talks about increasing the level. Im collecting XP Boost and maxed out on them to the point where they are just expiring. Is it worth storing them or just get rid of them.

    I just save them, and use them all when item use 3 day event comes around.

    yea thats what i do as well but it would be nice to level up more and get more mastery points
