Query about Right bottom quests

Guys i am not 1 month old, but the reward system for these solo quest and ally quest(right bottom corner) has changed quite drastically. Now i am not able to get ranked rewards because of high cut offs. Please help.

What does that depend on?

Arena reward system is same as before.
