cutscene and tooltip issues with uncollected story quest

Two bugs I noticed:
1. When beating heroic, a tooltip flashes, “difficulty unlocked — uncollected.” This is wrong. I already am playing uncollected at the same time, and it doesn’t need to be unlocked. The difficulty that was unlocked is “master.”
3. I didn’t even realize there were story cutscenes the first time I played through the new story quest, because I played on uncollected first time thru and they never showed up once. The cutscenes only showed up when I played heroic and then I realized I had missed out on half the story. I only bother to read the dialogue the first time thru, and it is disruptive to realize afterwards that I missed half the story.
