Iceman bugs in the labyrinth of legends, have they been fixed?

I've recently within the last week or so seen a post where iceman wasn't incinerate immune against a boss in the labyrinth(I forget who it was). I also from my own experience have tested iceman against red hulk, old man Logan and starlord and all 3 have been evading while iceman coldsnap has been active. My next big move in the game is to tackle the last 4 paths in the labyrinth so I can get my 6th 7th and 8th possible r4 5* champions and I'm thinking of ranking my iceman to rank 5 use him with starlord to finish the last couple paths especially guillotine, Spiderman and abom. Wil someone from kabam or a moderator please post in this thread if the iceman glitches have been fixed in labyrinth or not?
