Locked out of Master Mode

Hey all, I just got locked out of the master mode of the monthly quest even though I have completed all of the heroic mode and already done one run through of the master mode.

As I was working on the 100% of master mode, when I needed to refill my energy an option appeared to "use" the master mode key. Not knowing why it was there, I pressed "use" expecting an error message, but nothing happened. I finished that path of the quest and tried to go to the next quest and found myself "lacking the requirements" to enter the master mode quests.

I filed a support ticket, but do y'all have any other ideas for ways around this issue? I already tried restarting the app.

    this just happened to me where can i file a support ticket i was trying to explore for time to try to be in the running for the title

    Same here, locked out during a legend run. Waiting on support reply

    Was able to file a ticket but at this point we have lost too much time for the legend run
