Stark Spidey evade

Ok, as I understand it Stark Spidey has a 3% chance to evade basic attacks. Is this correct? Has anyone had an experience in aw where they have attacked him (stun immune node) and he was evading closer to 20% of your basic attacks? Is this normal? What am I missing?

    An awoken Spark has +10% flat chance to evade at less than 50% health. That, plus some unlucky RNG, could be the cause. Moreso if on an enhanced abilities node

    Ok, thanks. This particular one was unduped, but that is good to know. I believe it was the immune to debuffs protector node. My alliance mate told me that you have to disable his AI, but I thought that was only for evading specials. Does it also disable his evade of basic attacks? If so, cosmic champ for the win I suppose :)

    And yes, I believe the rng was not on my side...it often isn't in war for some strange reason:)
