Help with a plan for a new player to become uncollected by summer time

I am 6.5 Weeks in. Current roster (plus anticipated for next 1.5 weeks of arenas):

5 Stars: GP (1/25); Elektra (1/25)
4 Stars: Stark Spidey duped (3/30); Starlord duped (4/40); Hulk (3/30); Archangel Duped (4/40); Scarlet Witch (1/10); Crossbones (2/20); Hawkeye (3/30); Punisher duped (1/10); Green Gob (1/10); Civil Warrior (1/10); SM Miles Morales (1/10); Captain marvel (1/10) and Void (duped if I grind arena)

Completed (and fully explored) Act IV chapter 1. In laid back alliance that does map 2 and 3 in AQ.

Do I need to focus on fully exploring act IV to get the catalysts and ISO to rank up my heroes? Should I just rank up 5 heroes as high as possible or so I need a rotation of 8-9? Do I need to grind for four star blade and medusa? etc. Any advice is appreciated. If you were starting over again (as I am after playing for a year and then taking a 6 month vacation) what steps would you take to get that milestone by summer? Thanks in advance. I only have 3 T4B catalysts and no T4 class catalysts, so I have a long way to go and want to have a good plan.

I have good news and bad news.

Good news - that collection of heroes MIGHT get you through 5.1 and 5.2 if they were maxed (Starkey, SL, AA, GP, and Hulk, that is)

Bad news - you won't be able to max those by summer

I did my first run through 5.2 with 4/40 4*s and you have way better champs than what I had .if you can get all of them to r4 you might be able to become uncollected.there are a few annoying nodes in 5.2.i would recommend watching some videos on YouTube to learn how work around some certain needs like bane, buffet,...Also start saving up some revives ,potions and units

It's possible with 4/40s, i became uncollected with 4/40 champs. You definitely have the champs to do that as well, you did not mention anything about event quests. I'd say complete event quests now, explore act4 later.
Master mode has become easier so get those rewards. I don't see you maxing out 4* in near future with map2 and 3.
That being said you can use the special events like the new boss rush etc etc, don't miss those.
Coming to rankups, make sure you rank someone after you know that the champ is good and suits your play style.
Always grind for champs if you're not in the veteran bracket yet, get whatever you can. It's worth it. Also, don't miss even one t4b arena if you have the time.

- If you can grind for Blade, do it, it is really a nice champs;
- You have a nice selection of 4*. try to rank them up wisely;
- With glory buy only glory cristals, alpha 2 and base cat 4 if possible;
- If you study act 5.2 and do the arenas, I think you can be uncollected before Summer
