    No need for email. Straight after you do @kabam, you will see a list of names to choose from.

    You can send a Private Message by clicking the Mail Icon in the bottom left of the Mobile Site. Click New Message, and type their name in the box at the top. You can also send one by clicking the Message Icon on their Profile in the Full Site.

    I think you can only talk to them privately through a ticket.
