Please I need some feedback regarding who to upgrade to r4.
Both are 4* no awakening.

    Rulk will have better utility after the buff - he's getting incinerate resistance/immunity depending on heat charges, some health recovery on his SP2, and a bit more usefulness against mystic champs in general.
    Probably still best to wait though - we don't know when it's actually going through.

    Rhulk, sadly mm sucks big time. If only his effects would apply with a 50% chance at least he would be viable, but as he is now he is barely usable for arena...and I opened him 3 times as 5* from 15k crystals *facepalm*

    2 things. First, too all of the people saying that they don’t like the Rulk buff, you can have the current one. The rest of us can have the buff. Second, Rulk. I like Miles as a character, but he’s trash in this game. CURRENT Rulk is better than him and when he’s buffed, he’ll be even better. Go for Rulk

    morales needs to be duped and high signature, otherwise is very useless
