Units from arena crystal

Hi all, today i open 29 arena crystals which give me 120000gold and 350units +-, but i have only 150 units. Is that bug or what? restarting game dont help me. Thats pissed me off a lot. And cheating ai too :( its great game but this bugs are very bad for reputation of the game. Sorry for my bad english, im from slovakia :D

    Yes it's a bug.

    You need to close the app completely and load it up again, they will then show.

    This has happened to me in the past

    Happens when you get units from arena too but a simple home button press refreshes it

    Dont work i do everything home button restart game and nothing happens :(

    Give it a few minutes they show up sooner or later. It does take a while tho. The uncollected unit crystal is bugged

    Hey @Pete85. If you're still unable to account for your Units, you'll want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can check your account. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the home screen, then choosing Support. Thanks!
