Who to awaken

So i got
1 generic awakening stone
60 4* sig stones
50 4* tech sig stones

First Question is I'm Torn on who to give it too
Starlord is a top choice , huge benefit being awakened
Magik is already awesome but would be more so awakened
Thor and hulk as well though i'm not sure how much

another issue is sig stones how much benefit does starlord get from extra sig levels vs Vision for the 50 tech stones
I'd like to bring scarlet up higher as well if I have enough

Use generic stones on SW all the way till 99, awaken starlord and use all the remaining generic/tech stones on him. SW will take you far.

Definitely use stones on SW. Do you need awakened SL for where you are in the game? If your not stuck on content hold out... You only listed 1 immune champ, and none have amaizing degen.
