How is my network down?

It's funny how it keeps saying to check my network when their server is down. I mean everything works fine. As seen, I can post here so my network isn't an issue. Get it right kabam :/

    Hey kabam, would it kill you to have the game stay up when it isn't scheduled maintenance?

    @kabam miike, I would like to thank the support team for sending me the same exact form email responses to my two tickets last night on this issue. I appreciate the lack of dialogue and the complete ignoring of my issue and request for remedy. Just feeds the narrative that you guys mess with your servers to force us to buy more potions. It's a feature, not a bug, right?
