Can't Log In and Out

I can't log out of my game and into my secondary account... The "Login Options" button is grayed out and not working...

I've tried restarting the game.

My Alliance member have the same problem...he is installing the game anew to be able to enter his main account...

Uninstall the game and do a fresh install and the problem will be resolved. Annoying I know but it works.
