Unable to update

As title states. I cannot get the option to update to 17.0 anywhere I try I’ve rebooted phone, gone to App Store multiple times. I have never had an issue updating before

Same happened to me. Go to the “Updates” tab in the App Store and refresh it. It will pop up then.
