Heroic Rewards for "RISE OF THE BLACK PANTHER" Event Quest

Is there something wrong with the heroic rewards for the "RISE OF THE BLACK PANTHER" Event Quest, because when i checked the rewards for the quest there was no title and I am sure that we got 3* shards for 100% chapter exploration not premium or is my game messing up?

They've commented on this. They ran out of room to display everything. It's in there.

Kabam has stated that its just a visual glitch. All of the rewards are there.
