Can Ultron's 50% regen proc after his 25% regen if the latter brings your health above the former?

Long title but i think it covers it. I had it happen yesterday and dont remember it being a thing, is this normal and unbroken?

Yes, as long as you started the fight below 50%

Right each one only triggers once per fight

and you don't get hit, even blocked, whilst the regen is on
