I CANT GET ANYTHING BUT 2 STARS

I am completely and utterly tired of the game continuously giving me 2 stars from the premium hero crystals. I have spent over $50 and have earned several crystals and to no extent I can get a four star. I am level 28 going on 30 and can’t get a four star yet however other friends get four stars like drinking water and are of a way lower rank than I am. This is absolutely horrendous on marvels part and I really wish they can do something so I can get a four star.

Forget buying phc! They nothing but 95% 2 stars. As someone who has opened probably 3-4,000 and only pulled maybe 7-8 4 stars from them, dont buy them.
