Of course you can block this account. Actually I don‘t need it when it is not allowed to criticize or tell my opinion
All I wanted is a refund for a not delivered service. This is quite a usual procedure in business and should be part also of your business conduct.
I will leave now this topic and let it check by people who are professionals in such issues.
