5 * Rank Up Advice: Red Hulk or Elektra

Wanted to get some advice on which 5* to rank up. Have Unduped Red Hulk and unduped Elektra. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Depends on what rank, I wouldn't rank 4 either of them but Elektra deserves rank 3 even unduped
