Killmonger in sub-featured pool

When the blade crystal releases on the 22nd, will killmonger be in the sub featured pool, even though he won’t have had a featured crystal? I would assume not. But just curious.

Killmonger will not be available in the blade featured crystal because KM will not have a 5* featured crystal. However Gulk will likely be in there, not 100% sure tho.
