Having screen freeze issues here..anybody else??

I have been having screen freeze issues when fighting and trying to use my medium attack repeatedly. I have an LG V30, and T-Mobile as my carrier. I have the same issue on every device I have. The game plays much better when I log onto my wife's Moto 2 Z force. This has been going on since the update. Anyone else having this problem? I have sent multiple reports of this, no solutions. Getting frustrated here. Comments please..

I have tried clearing my cache, uninstalling, I uninstalled google games as well. I even did a restore on my LG V30. Ideas anyone?
