It can nullify the arc overload regen but idk about the madness/cunning regen

That was ridiculous. I hit him with a 9 bleed stack from an awakened rank 4, 5 star Black Panther with Deep wounds mastery & couldn't get him less than 1/4 health. Hit him with an R4, 5 star Ghost Rider & fate seal damnation, again little damage delivered.

Madness is a passive and doesn’t count as a buff, therefore it can’t be nullified. Would Quake work wel against him? I haven’t fought him in the Trials yet but he sounds ridiculous

Use blade or heal block champ. Yondu,aa,gulk,vision,punisher 2099, etc
