I Just Duped My 4* Punisher 2099, Is He Any Good? I know nothing about him, Neither Used Him Nor Fought him that long that I can see his abilities..

auto power lock, utility, fun to play, but not a tank, and may not be top 3 tech
decent but not top of the line game-changer

Good for trails of heart he can auto heal block

I've picked him up too, recently. He's got some interesting tricks that no-one else can quite do -
Auto heal block
Auto power lock (duped) to prevent SP3
Stun with heavy
Fully negate evade + huge armour break on SP2
Massively reduce power gain on SP3

Also really nice unique synergies with Punisher and Captain America. Not sure I like his style personally, but if I pulled a dupe, that might swing it for me.

He was my first r4 5* and I've never regretted the decision. His heal block is fantastic and his power control can be a life saver. Decent armor break as well. I do wish his regen was a little longer and beefier but overall a solid champ with good prestige
