Compensation for the Summoners Advance

Look im not one to harp on the 'Compensation card' everytime the game gets a minor hiccup.
But, this week 8/10 alliances didnt recieve SA.
Last week 4/10 alliances didnt get SA.
I have been in both boats... Im a player who saves 2 separate lots to keep SA flowing week to week for my alliance. I spend money in-game and spent 14 hours a day on the game supporting my alliance.
I earn between 40k and 60k every single week.
So SA is meant to be that little reward for our hard work.
So where is it? Is it coming? Do you guys at Kabam even care right now?
So im asking for compensation to the players who miss out. And not like the abysmal potions, energies and boost B.S we usually get.
Im asking we get compensation for all our work... all the money you make and ratings you get for running a game in the top 10 of the respective store...
