My account is lost

I made a google play account and all of sudden I can no longer access my account. Now I reset my phone and can’t remember my google play ID and I have been on this horribly long customer support process trying to get this straightened. It’s been going on for over a week. Instead of listening to what I have given you as far as information, you changed one of my other accounts info instead of the one I was trying to recover. I would prefer someone to call me as the emails take days and then some bonehead instead of actually reading my problem just guesses and messes everything up on me!! I want me account to be recovered now as I’m already missing calendar rewards and the special romance one or whatever it is going on now
