11.7 mil alliance looking to improve its position in the contest, with dedicated players needed.

Hey guys! Truth justice and Chimichangas (TJC) is looking for some dedicated individuals to join our ally. We are seeking to improve our place in the contest, through improved focus on alliance war, especially with the new season of alliance war upon us. We want to work alongside talented players, who offer both experience and knowledge into the game, as we aim to move forward as an alliance.
We require a few things: Open communication, a prestige of 4600+ and playtime everyday. We are especially keen on recruits who are able to communicate well. As we are looking to focus on war, we need a strong base of offence and defence. We want to keep winning war, so a good offence is definitely required.
We do map 5, but do 65555 every third week. We do aw weekly, however we are aiming to improve the amount of aw that we do, and move forward in the rankings. Donations are 130k gold, 30k battle chips, and 13k loyalty. We are looking for a prestige of over 4600, and use the groupme app for communication.
