What’s taking so long to give out the AQ rewards, it says the ranks in which the alliance ended up

They are delayed! Kabam advised us already
I have tried every manner of restarting the game but nothing has come in. I know people in expert tier that got theirs in well before advanced tier. No one in my ally has our expected rewards yet. And this came at a really bad time as I'm trying to transition to a new ally without missing out on my last batch of AQ rank rewards from my current ally. I know what rewards we need but fail to have them in a timely manner despite SA resolving for us yesterday.
Why does it say our placement in AQ but no rewards. Come on kabam, are you serious. This again? This has to be like the 5th time in and row
You need type as it appears... I think.
