Should I save up to r5 4* star lord (duped) or save up to r3 5* Sparky (unduped)?

Pretty hard decision, considering that they’re both god tier. I’m not an expert on scaling, so I’ll need some feedback.
SL’s sig is 16 or something around that.

Are you nuts? Even unduped a 5* Stark Spidey is insanely good. SL is still a god and a maxed level 4* SL is a mainstay in my AQ team, but a r4 Stark Spidey I use everywhere else. Your r3 Stark Spidey will become a r4 or even a r5 someday, and there you will see how even more godly he becomes.
