Hello all, I currently have two 5* tech champs (hulk buster and punisher 2099) do you guys think punisher is worth r3?? Opinions and comments please

    Not really, I would say that you should wait for a better 5*

    P99 is ok when duped, but he's only a little better than hulk buster. Be prepared for long, high hit count fights. His attack is low. He has decent utility but takes forever to end fights.
