Selling T4b Catalysts should get T5b shards

Now that T5b are available in MCoC, shouldn’t we allow selling of T4b catalysts and get T5b shards? After all, this already applies to lower tiered catalysts (both basic and class). I have over 10 T4b expired on me (they came from the Greater Gifting Crystals) and due to the lack of T1a, I could not make use of them for ranking up.

Shouldn’t have wasted my money on the GGCs.
