Missing champs

Im missing 2 champions after last update my duped ultron rank 4/40 and my cable rank 3/30 can i get my champions back their not even showing up on my champions list

Same thing happened to me today..One hour i was farming tier 2 catalysts with my 4 stars BW and 5 stars spider man classic.. Had to check on my baby then when i got back my bw and spider simply disappeared..what the hell????w

Hey everyone, I'm sorry to be hearing about all these missing Champs!

We aren't able to assist with this here at the forums, so my best advice to you would be to send a ticket in to our Support Team detailing who's missing, what tier they were, and when you knew you last had them.

Once they have this information, they'll be able to investigate and find out what's going on for you.

As this issue requires their assistance and this question has now been answered, this particular thread will be closed.
