Champ Using Light Attack On It's Own

Sometimes when I'm trying to bait out a special, my champion will go in with a light attack on it's own without prompting. It doesn't happen every time, but randomly in the middle of a fight. I've only noticed this since the last update, and mainly when story questing in Act 5.4. Has anyone else experienced this issue or something similar?
