Aggresive use of Dexterity by AI in Arena fights.

Since 31st jan, i am noticing that AI in arena fights is using Dexterity mastery very aggresively.
Either AI plays very aggresive and gets stunned again and again
OR
he evades a lot and tries to hit you in almost every possible time.
I would like to know what community thinks about it and other issues like arena lag, missing hit after special attacks and inconsistent time in requesting arena help (it varies 2 to 5 seconds for help button to take effect on my android device).
