Connection timing out and game lag

For the past week or since the new installment of the new Black Panther patch, I and my fellow Alliance members have been having severe issues with the server. I can no longer participate in AW or AQ. Even trying to fight a 1 star champion is impossible. I would like to have this resolved immediately. Any way to resolve this? I have a brand new phone and perfect signal while playing. No other application or program has this issue on my phone except MCOC. Not trying to complain, just concerned for myself and Alliance mates.
