Iceman or arch angel and you only have enough resources to take 1 ot them to rank 4. Who would it be?

    AA. I think iceman is better, but AA needs his dupe whereas iceman does not

    R4 iceman, awaken AA. Iceman imo is the most useful champ in the game rn
