Possible Civil War Black Panther bug??

Yesterday I fought in a tier 2 Alliance War and brought my Night Crawler on Attack team. I got to a node with Infinity blast, Armor, and Advanced Armor up and the opponent was CWBP. I fought him like I usually do avoiding to parry him since he has a permanent Armor buff. I waited for him to dash in and landed a special 1 with NC. CWBP immediately went unstoppable after the first of 2 hits and smashed my NC with a 5 hit combo after I came out of the special. My issue is based on CWBP's sig ability it says he only goes unstoppable when he has an armor buff available and you land a heavy attack on him. It says nothing about landing a special. Please look into this ASAP!
