Has anyone had Stark Spidey run up and not attack?

So I’ve noticed once in a while when I run in to dash attack with Stark Spider-Man he’ll run in and just stand in front of the opponent and not perform the attack. I dismissed it until I just had it happen twice during a fight in war.

That happened to me in last AW. Cost me a team revive and 6k health potion.

I just had it happen in featured arena, i was holding block but he just walked up to the opponent.
