Why time is scheduled maintenance suppose to be finished with today? Anybody know or is it normally just random when it might be done with?

11 est, 8 pst. Its random, but as previously mentioned usually a long hour.

Bird is the word

The in-game message says it starts 8pm pacific time and can run up to 2 hours. Also, there are in-game messages in the game.
