    It is very hard to dexterity certain thing because of the skill it takes to time it right. In the punishers special, he shots three times. I've been playing for years and still have not dexterityed his special consistantly. Best thing is to just take the block damage

    You can fully evade his L1 including the bullets (with any champ not just the evaders). I can't evade his L2 but have been told it's possible by a few players I trust.

    His sp1 can be fully evaded. His sp2 not fully, just the first two blasts. The second part you have to block

    You can’t dodge his L2, but you can dodge his L1. It’s ridiculously hard, but possible
