why dosent elctro give shock withe his SP it is crazy. he litterely zaps you to death withe sp 1,2 and 3. need answars.

    His shock is static shock meaning if they hit you they receive back some damage. He only has a chance to stun on his specials, no additional shock damage. I think he is referring to the second issue.

    Technically the stun is a debuff.

    Shock wasn't a debuff in the game when Electro was introduced and he hasn't been revisited since then.

    It's the same reason Hawkeye's incendiary arrow (L2) doesn't place incinerate on the opponent...it wasn't a debuff when he was developed and they haven't updated him to have it. Though he was tweaked in champ update a year or so ago. Not sure why they didn't add it in.
